We Capture your Needs
We start with a phone call, Google or Zoom meeting with our Account team to listen and capture your needs and see if we’re a fit. If the result is fit, we sign an agreement!
Pairing
We will start interviewing all applicants and evaluate their skills and experience to meet your requirements in selecting your own VA.
One on One Interview
To make sure that the candidate is the right for you, we will schedule a direct one on one interview for you to know each other and see if they are fit for the job.
VA Onboarding
Both parties will sign an agreement and discuss the introductions, plans, ways of communication and tracking (if the client requires)apps.
Ongoing Support
We will not stop from there! We will continue to support and help you during your partnership with us.
